Handling of Personal Information Related to Compliance Reporting

(2) Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The personal information you provide will be used solely for the following purposes:
- Responding to, confirming, and recording compliance reports
- Providing information, notifications, communications, and reports via email or other appropriate means
(3) Handling of Personal Information
Personal information obtained through this compliance reporting hotline will be
accessible exclusively to authorized compliance reporting hotline staff.
When conducting internal investigations, the identity of the reporter will be kept anonymous.
Our Code of Conduct explicitly stipulates that suppliers or employees who submit reports will not be subjected to any disadvantageous treatment, including contract termination, dismissal, demotion, or any other unfavorable action.
If you experience any disadvantage as a result of submitting a report, please promptly report the matter to the compliance reporting hotline.However, personal information may be disclosed to third parties who are bound by confidentiality obligations only in the following cases:
- When disclosure is required by laws or regulations
- When disclosure is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
- When cooperation with national or local government authorities, or their contractors, is required to carry out legally prescribed duties, and obtaining the individual’s consent may interfere with the performance of such duties

- Personal information entered on this website is protected by SSL encryption.
- Please ensure that all required fields (marked with *) are completed.
- We may contact you by telephone to confirm the details of your report.
- If a report is submitted during weekends, national holidays, or long holiday periods (such as year-end and New Year holidays), responses may be provided on or after the next business day, and additional time may be required.
- For reports submitted by individuals residing outside Japan, responses and follow-up actions may take additional time due to time differences.
- Reproduction, reuse, or secondary use of all or part of the response provided by our company without permission is prohibited under copyright law.
(5) Acquisition of Personal Information by Means Not Easily Recognizable by the Individual
We do not acquire personal information through methods that are not easily recognizable by the individual, such as the use of cookies or web beacons.
(6) Handling of Personal Data of EU/EEA Residents (GDPR Considerations)
If individuals residing in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) use this compliance reporting hotline, we will handle their personal information (personal data) appropriately, taking into consideration the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data obtained from EU/EEA residents will be used solely for the purposes of responding to reports, conducting investigations, communicating with the reporter, and maintaining records.
Such personal data will be managed by our company in Japan and may therefore be transferred outside the EU/EEA (to Japan). We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, or other risks.
EU/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to request access to, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing of their personal data. Requests regarding these rights in relation to this reporting system should be directed to our compliance reporting hotline.
In addition, we will continue to make reasonable efforts to ensure appropriate handling of personal information of individuals residing outside the EU/EEA, taking into consideration the relevant laws and regulations of each applicable country or region.
