[Theme Details]
- Visual Sensing Solutions for Achieving Safety and Comfort In-Cabin
-
We have developed HMI display LSIs, 3D-TOF sensors, and sensor integration LSIs to meet the demand for high-precision spatial sensing in vehicle cabins, enhancing safety and comfort. These technologies enable stable acquisition and display of sensor data. At the exhibition, we will demonstrate our in-cabin spatial sensing and display solutions. - Battery Monitoring Chipset Accelerates Vehicle Electrification by Accurate Battery Data Measurement
-
Electric vehicles require extended driving range and enhanced safety. To achieve this, battery management systems need technology to collect various battery data such as temperature and current. We introduce a Battery Monitoring Chipset consisting of BM-IC for measuring battery cells, PM-IC for aggregating data from multiple monitoring devices, and COM-IC for interfacing with the MCU. - Battery Monitoring IC Solution Estimating the Internal State of the Battery
-
As the demand for lithium-ion batteries increases, the importance of reusing and repurposing used batteries to reduce environmental impact is growing. Our battery monitoring IC (in development) features voltage monitoring, state of charge (SOC) calculation, and AC impedance measurement for multiple cells simultaneously. This enables the estimation of battery degradation and internal temperature. - CSP MOSFETs Contribute to the Miniaturization and Weight Reduction of Automotive Equipment
-
The implementation of advanced systems like driver assistance has led to an increase in electronic devices, which need to be miniaturized to reduce weight. Our MOSFETs, featuring CSP (Chip Scale Package), offer miniaturization, low on-resistance, high heat dissipation, and high reliability compared to resin PKG products, enabling the miniaturization of in-vehicle devices.
