Nuvoton are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at OPIE ’26（OPTICS & PHOTONICS International Exhibition 2026）, one of the largest and most prestigious international trade shows in Japan, bringing together cutting-edge technologies in the fields of optics, lasers, and photonics. At our booth, we plan to showcase our new ultraviolet semiconductor laser (379 nm) and violet semiconductor laser (402 nm), as well as a semiconductor laser that has not yet been publicly announced.*
These products are expected to contribute to finer wiring and improved production throughput in maskless exposure systems for advanced AI-oriented package substrates, and are also anticipated to support a wide range of applications as mercury-lamp replacement light-source solutions.

Exhibition Theme
Nuvoton will showcase a broad lineup of semiconductor lasers covering wavelengths from ultraviolet to infrared, starting with ultraviolet and violet (379/402 nm) devices in the industry’s highest output class.
These lasers support a wide range of applications, including laser direct imaging, industrial laser processing and 3D printing, and enable sustainable light-source solutions that replace mercury lamps, helping to reduce environmental impact and enhance sustainability.
