Exhibition Themes
- Highly Scalable Battery Monitoring Solutions Accelerating the EV Era
-
Nuvoton’s battery monitoring IC, featuring a 26-channel parallel ADC, enables simultaneous sampling of all cells to detect voltage and temperature variations with higher accuracy. By improving synchronization with current measurement, it also enables high-precision SOH estimation.
Samples are already available, and the product can be applied to a wide range of applications, including xEV, ESS, and industrial equipment. You can also experience the scalable architecture through live demonstrations.
At this exhibition, we will demonstrate internal battery temperature estimation technology using next-generation battery monitoring ICs with EIS technology, as well as a compact battery checker demo unit.
*This product is under development; detailed specifications will be disclosed only at the exhibition site.
An overview of our Battery Management Solutions and mass-production lineup is available here - Wireless BMS Solution with Dual RF for Robust Communication
-
As vehicle electrification accelerates, Wireless BMS (WBMS) is gaining attention due to its design flexibility, scalability, and simplified wiring. However, WBMS must ensure reliable communication even in limited spaces and noisy environments.
Nuvoton has developed a test chip compliant with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.4, enhancing communication efficiency and security for WBMS. This test chip adopts a Dual-RF architecture to improve robustness specific to WBMS.
A mock-up will be exhibited at the booth. - In-Cabin Image Sensing Solutions for Safety and Comfort
-
The demand for personalized safety and comfort inside vehicle cabins is increasing, requiring stable spatial sensing even under rapid changes in ambient light and temperature.
Nuvoton offers highly robust 3D ToF sensors for applications such as:
- Adaptive airbags based on body type, body part coordinates (head/feet), and posture
- 3D sound control using ear-position estimation
- Gesture control using finger motion detection
At this exhibition, we will present a live demo of an RGB-ToF integrated camera that combines RGB and ToF in a single sensor with no optical axis misalignment. - Product page: here
- Automotive HMI Solutions for Safety and Comfort
-
In-vehicle HMI devices that communicate with drivers are evolving with improved visibility, advanced display functions, and increased multifunctionality through network connectivity. Moreover, stricter safety regulations worldwide require advanced security technologies. These requirements now extend beyond luxury vehicles to motorcycles and compact mobility, making it essential to achieve multifunctionality, high security, and low cost simultaneously.
Nuvoton’s Gerda™ series integrates multiple high-performance video processing engines and automotive-grade security technologies to deliver advanced HMI solutions. With built-in large-capacity memory, it eliminates the need for external memory, contributing to system cost reduction and enhanced vehicle safety and comfort. - Product page: here
- Smart Automotive Lighting Control Solutions
-
Automotive lighting has evolved from simple illumination into a key element of user experience.
The NuMicro® M2A23 operates at up to 72 MHz, includes up to 256 KB Flash, and supports CAN FD ×3 and LIN, enabling high-speed, highly reliable in-vehicle network communication. It also supports LED driver control via SPI and PWM, as well as single-wire ARGB control using LLSI, enabling diverse lighting effects such as ambient lighting and tail lamps. Live demonstrations will showcase synchronized control, animation control, and integrated communication. - Product page: here
