A1 : It is guaranteed with the combination of three terms as follows.

Nuvoton Technology Corporation Japan guarantees that the reprogrammed chip meets the Rewriting Algorithm Specifications.
Programmer manufacturers (including PanaX) verify that the programming software meets the Rewriting Algorithm Specifications.
Users must thoroughly verify that all conditions in programming relating to flash memory usage meet the conditions specified in the Rewriting Algorithm Specifications, the product specifications, etc.

It cannot be guaranteed even if either Nuvoton Technology Corporation Japan or programmer manufacturers verify the chip independently.

Q2 : How do you confirm that data (program) which I renewed in programmers are right?

A2 : Nuvoton Technology Corporation Japan decides an

evaluation method.

Each programmer maker carries out the evaluation according to an evaluation method,

and WEB shows an evaluation result as a matching evaluation result.

Q3 : How do you confirm that the programming software of the programmer is right?

A3 : We decide the evaluation method that can detect malfunction depending on

programmer software. We confirm note data according to the evaluation method.

We perform development and an evaluation of the programmer software with extreme caution.

However, We cannot guarantee integrity of the software.

A customer needs to check that write-in data is right.

Q4 : How does the on-board programmer evaluate it?

A4 : We make an evaluation board and evaluate it.

The evaluation result is valid only when reprogramming on a simple board.

Verify the behavior under customers' own environment.

Q5 : Is the guarantee of the programmed chip using a flash programmer the matching

evaluation of which has been completed, acceptable?

A5 : Matching evaluation is performed only with the regulated number of device selected randomly.

This causes that all devices cannot be guaranteed. However, it is generally considered

that it will have the same characteristic if it is the same product and the same flash programmer.
